An Autumn photo.

I’m using this photo I took last November because I’ve not been able to get the shot this Autumn, so I had a look through last years snaps. I don’t know about you but I tend to keep all my Raw files (digital negatives) for 3 years, that’s every shot, sad I know, but it does come in handy when you have some quiet times but it does take up an awful lot of space on hard drives.

Anyway, I found this and applied what’s called the Orton effect in Photoshop. Yes it’s been photoshopped , well of course it has, you put it into photoshop and let it do its thing, I wish. If you want to know how it was done just ask.

I quite like the effect, I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but I put on 500px (I’ll have to find a link to my bit of 500px for you) and it seems to be getting a few likes, plus a few have put it into there galleries.
